PRIVATE-PARTY NFA TRANSFERS
Freedom Outdoors does not facilitate private-party transfers of National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated firearms or devices. This policy is due to the additional complexities and potential liabilities associated with verifying item condition, legal status, ownership, and lawful disposition, as well as applicable federal and state regulatory requirements.
This restriction applies to all person-to-person NFA transfers, regardless of the item's type or configuration.
