Machined in house from stress relieved 416 R stainless steel, this barrel features tighter than factory tolerances for a more consistent lockup and improved precision while still fitting factory spec slides with no gunsmithing required. The straight fluted profile reduces weight, enhances heat dissipation, and adds a clean modern look, while conventional rifling supports a wide range of ammunition including cast lead. A precision 11 degree target crown ensures consistent bullet release, and the threaded muzzle is ready for suppressors, compensators, or thread protectors. Finished inside and out with a durable salt bath nitride coating, this barrel offers excellent lubricity, corrosion resistance, and long term reliability for concealed carry, competition, or custom P365 builds.
